IIS organized a Mega Fan Club Parade in support of the forthcoming
‘FIFA World Cup, Qatar 2022’. Around 1500 students from various
classes participated in the parade. The young enthusiastic football
fans thronged the school ground, wearing their favorite team’s
Jerseys, and holding flags, banners and placards. The number of fans
of the Qatari team surpassed that of all other teams. The supporters
of the teams like Argentina, Portugal, Brazil, France, Germany, Spain,
etc. marched chanting slogans in support of their favourite team.
A young supporter of the Qatar team, Safa of class III claimed that
the 2022 World Cup will belong to her beloved team and will not be
given away to anyone else.
Principal Mr. Shaik Shamim Saheb, Heads of Section, Heads of
Department, Physical Education teachers and other teaching and
non-teaching staff attended the event.
