Garangao is a children’s festival celebrated on the 14 Th day of the Islamic Holy month of Ramadan. On the day, children dressed in traditional clothes go around their neighborhoods collecting candy, sweets, nuts and other snacks. Our Junior Section students dressed beautifully in Arabic outfits to commemorate the occasion. The programme started with prayer by Abdur Rahman from 3C. Mr. Shaik Shamim Saheb,
Principal, Mr. Azam Khan, Vice Principal and Ms. Shyla Jose, AHM joined the celebration and emphasized the value of Garangao Celebration. With Garangao music playing, Our Junior Section students made their way around the entire school in procession.
