Heritage Club activity Day, celebrated on December 12th, is a significant occasion to commemorate and appreciate the rich cultural heritage of Qatar.
* A captivating traditional Ardha dance mesmerized the audience with their vibrant costumes and graceful movements.
* Students showcased their musical talents and folk songs, paying homage to
our musical heritage.
* Almost 25 students from classes I to IV participated, and many students displayed famous heritage places in Qatar, such as Zubara Fort, Barzan Towers, Tradition in Qatar, Dhow Festival, traditional dress, etc. Students of class IV, Abdur Rahman & Hamda Mustafa, anchored the program. The Junior Section
students actively took part in various activities related to Qatar’s culture and heritage. The headmaster, Mr. Sajid Shamim, delivered an insightful speech about the significance of preserving historical sites, the impact of cultural heritage on tourism, and the role of technology in heritage conservation. The
day provided an opportunity to savor the flavors of our heritage and appreciate the diversity of our culinary traditions. Heritage Club Day 2024 was a memorable event that successfully celebrated our rich cultural heritage. The event not only entertained and educated but also fostered a sense of pride and
belonging among the participants. By highlighting the importance of preserving our heritage, the event inspired future generations to carry forward our cultural legacy.
