Poshan Abhiyaan Awareness Drive at IIS : Poshan Abhiyaan is a government initiative aimed at addressing the issue of malnutrition in India. The program focuses on improving nutritional outcomes for children, adolescents, pregnant women, lactating mothers, and the elderly. As a part of ‘Poshan Abhiyaan,’ the junior section students of Ideal Indian School took part in the awareness campaign. The headmaster, Mr. Sajid Shamim, read out the Poshan Pledge. The Section Coordinator, Ms. Jeseena Abdulla and all the students pledged to create an awareness of the importance of nutritious food. Poster making on the topic of the importance of a balanced diet or nutritious food was conducted for Class 4 students. The students were actively taking part in the activity.
