IIS Hosts Qatar Cluster Taekwondo Championship:
The CBSE Qatar Region Interschool Taekwondo Championship concluded at Ideal Indian School, where a large number of students participated. The event was inaugurated by IIS Principal, Mr. Shaik Shamim Saheb. In his opening remarks, he welcomed the participants and encouraged them to engage in sports and fitness activities for overall health and mental well-being. He also commended the Physical Education Department for successfully organizing the championship for over 11 years. The tournament was conducted from 14 to 16 September 2024, with a prize distribution ceremony on the concluding day.
