“A good heart keep you beautiful forever”
World Heart Day is a campaign to spread awareness about the health of the
heart amongst common people all through the world. It is celebrated on 29 th
September annually. World Heart Day was celebrated in Ideal Indian School,
Junior Section on Sunday 1 st October 2023.The theme of the World Heart Day –
2023 is ‘Use Heart , Know Heart’.
Ideal Indian School, Junior Section conducted following activities during the first
period:-
*Class I –Paste the pictures of any four exercises that keep our heart healthy.
*Class 2-From the word search find out the words that keep our heart healthy.
Class 3- Write sentences on any five of the given pictures that keep our heart
healthy.
Class 4- Draw and colour any three food items that keep our heart healthy.
Ideal Indian School , junior section physical education department conducted
cardio vascular exercise for class 4 students. Jaanvi Jawahar of class 4J took the
pledge on the importance of keeping the heart healthy. Class 4 students
presented a melodious song about keeping our heart healthy. Overall it was an
informative experience for the children.
