Ideal Indian School recently concluded ‘Spotlight 2024’, a weeklong Inter-house talent hunt programmes for individual items. It is an annual event designed to showcase the diverse talents among the students in various artistic discipline. The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation in 15 different competitions held in the Boys’ Section, which encompassed areas such as Literary, Arts, Performing Arts and Music, with separate categories for boys into three groups. Junior (5 & 6 Classes), Intermediate (7, 8 & 9 classes), and Senior (10, 11 &12 classes).
The competition featured a wide range of events, including Vocal and Instrumental Music, Painting, Rangoli, and Literary Competitions such as Poem Recitation, Storytelling, Elocution, and Extempore. Additionally, there was a special competition for Muslim students, including Tajweed, Hifz, and Adhan, emphasizing the importance of religious education and promoting a deeper understanding.
‘Spotlight 2024′ was a remarkable event that celebrated the multifaceted talents of Ideal Indian School’s students. It provided a platform for them to shine and share their artistic and creative abilities, fostering a culture of appreciation for the arts and cultural diversity within the school campus. Senior boys, particularly school council members did compering. Overall, the spotlight programmes have not only enriched the talent of the boys, but have also laid a strong foundation for continued growth and improvement.
