Malini Gopakumar ( Girls' section )
Malini Gopakumar, a Postgraduate and a distinguished Gold Medalist in Music, became a part of the Ideal Indian School family in 2014 as a Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in Music. With a deep-seated passion for music and an unwavering commitment to nurturing young talent, she has been instrumental in bringing the joy and discipline of music into the hearts of countless students.
Her mission goes beyond teaching notes and rhythms; it is about awakening creativity, building confidence, and helping students discover their hidden musical potential. Through her dedicated guidance, students have not only found their voice but have also been encouraged to showcase their talents on various prestigious platforms. From vibrant school assemblies to renowned inter-school competitions, including performances organized by the Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) and celebrations for Qatar National Day, her students have consistently shone with confidence and poise.
The sweet symphony of success resonates through the many accolades and prizes her students have won, a testament to her effective mentoring and passion for the art. Malini continues to inspire, mentor, and guide the budding stars of Ideal Indian School, instilling in them a lifelong love for music and the courage to perform with pride. Her dedication remains a melodious force, shaping the future generation of musicians with every note she teaches.

Ms Rajeena ( Junior section )
Ms. Rajeena Musthafa has been serving as a Primary Teacher (PRT) at Ideal Indian School since 3rd January 2011. She teaches Arabic, Islamiyath, and Quran to Classes 1 to 4, and is known for her dedication, professionalism, and commitment to students’ academic and moral development.
In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she has taken on several key roles, including:
• Blue House Mistress (2020–2022)
• Islamiyath Coordinator – Classes 3 & 4 (2022–2023)
• Arabic Coordinator – Classes 4 & 3 (2024–2026)
• Arab-Islamiyath Coordinator (2023–2026)
• Qatar National Day & Heritage Day Incharge (2023–2024)
• Picnic Incharge (2023–2024)
Ms. Rajeena has also actively participated in various community and national-level volunteer initiatives, including:
• Volunteer at the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022
• Volunteer at the National Museum of Qatar
• Volunteer at Hamad Medical Corporation (Hamad Hospital)
Ms. Rajeena continues to be a sincere and valuable member of the school community. We wish her continued success in all her future endeavors.

Mr. Ajmal KK ( Boys' section )
Mr. Ajmal KK, a dedicated and accomplished postgraduate in Physics, joined Ideal Indian School in 2010 as a Physics teacher. Over the years, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional commitment to the academic and co-curricular development of students.
During his tenure, Mr. Ajmal has served the school in various key roles—including Activity Coordinator, House Master for four years, and Class Coordinator. His multifaceted contributions have significantly enriched the school’s academic environment and cultural landscape.
In recognition of his dedication and service, he was honoured with the Long Service Award and a Merit Certificate for achieving excellent results in the CBSE Examinations.
Mr. Ajmal KK’s unwavering commitment and passion for education continue to inspire both students and colleagues alike.
