REPORT ON FAREWELL FOR XIIth[G.sec]

The Girls’ Section of Ideal Indian School organized a grand and memorable Farewell Programme for the students of Class 12 on 07 December 2025. The event was lovingly hosted by the students of Class 11, who took great effort in planning and preparing for the occasion. The auditorium was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and festive atmosphere to honour the outgoing batch of 2025–26.

The formal programme commenced at 9:00 a.m., beginning with a solemn prayer, followed by a welcome speech delivered by the Assistant Headgirl from Class 11. Soon after, a cake-cutting ceremony was held to symbolise joy, gratitude and the celebration of years of learning and growth.

This was followed by the Award Ceremony, in which outstanding students of Class 12 were recognised for their excellence in various fields. Awards were presented for Best in Sports, Best Prefect, Best Talent, Best in Service, and Best Girl. Each awardee received a sash and certificate as a token of appreciation for their contributions and achievements.

The Principal, Mr Shaik Shamim Saheb, addressed the gathering with an inspiring speech. He emphasised the importance of living up to the expectations of parents, maintaining values, and being responsible, compassionate human beings wherever life takes them. His words served as guidance and motivation for the outgoing students as they prepared to step into a new phase of life.

Following this, a memento was presented to each student of Class 12 as a remembrance of their school journey. Representatives from each class then came forward to share heartfelt reflections. They expressed their gratitude to teachers, recounted memorable experiences, and appreciated the support and guidance received throughout their schooling.

The programme continued with a speech by the Vice Principal, Dr. Nazima Bi Shaikh, followed by remarks from the Headmistress, Ms. Khatija T.C, both of whom conveyed their blessings and best wishes to the students. The Vote of Thanks was delivered by the Assistant Cultural Secretary, who acknowledged the efforts of everyone involved in making the event successful.

The formal ceremony transitioned into an entertaining, informal session organised by the students of Class 11. This segment included dance performances, musical items, a video tribute, and interactive games, all adding vibrancy and joy to the celebration. The performances were well-received and created delightful memories for the outgoing batch.

The farewell program witnessed the participation of the Principal, Heads of Sections, and Heads of Departments, all teachers teaching Class 12, and the students of Classes 11 and 12. The event concluded at 12:45 p.m., leaving behind an atmosphere filled with warmth, appreciation, and emotional farewell sentiments.

The celebration was a fitting tribute to the Class of 2025–26, marking the end of their school journey and wishing them success and happiness in all their future endeavours
