Girls’ Section of Ideal Indian School celebrated Language Day with great enthusiasm and cultural spirit under the initiative of the Language Departments. The event aimed to emphasize the importance of the mother tongue and promote linguistic and cultural diversity among students.

The celebration served as a platform to enhance students’ language skills and to showcase their talents through various language-based activities. A wide range of programs were organized, highlighting languages such as Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, Arabic, French, Tamil, Kannada, and Marathi.
Students actively participated in performances including folk dances, skits, songs, and speeches, reflecting the rich traditions and linguistic heritage of various regions.

The programme was honored by the presence of Vice Principal Dr. Nazima Bi Shaikh, Headmistress Ms. Khatija T.C., and the Heads of the Language Departments. In her address, the Vice Principal stressed the importance of mother tongue education in the comprehensive development of students. She highlighted how learning in one’s native language plays a crucial role in strengthening the foundation for language acquisition.

The Headmistress further elaborated on the cognitive and emotional benefits of learning in one’s first language, stating that it aids in better comprehension of complex concepts and supports cultural identity.
The event successfully celebrated linguistic diversity and reinforced the school’s commitment to promoting multilingualism and cultural awareness among students.
