ALUMNI ASSOCIATION OF IDEAL INDIAN SCHOOL HOSTS CAREER COMPASS 2025: The Alumni Association of Ideal Indian School recently organized Career Compass 2025, specially designed for Grade 12 students and their parents. The program aimed to provide valuable insights into career opportunities, higher education pathways, and professional development. The event was graced by Mr. Harish Pandey, First Secretary – Embassy of India, as the Chief Guest and Keynote Speaker. In his inspiring address, Mr. Pandey highlighted the importance of aligning passion with career choices, cultivating resilience, and embracing opportunities in an evolving global environment, setting the tone for an engaging and motivating afternoon.

The distinguished panel featured eminent professionals and alumni who shared expertise across multiple domains. CA Shanavas Bava, President – ICBF, spoke on finance and global opportunities; Mr. Jamsheer Hamza, Managing Director – Reyada Medical Center, discussed healthcare management; Mr. Shaheen Backer, Investor & Entrepreneur, shared his entrepreneurial journey; Mr. Mohammed Ashraf, Director – Noble International School, provided guidance on higher education abroad and scholarships; and Mr. Firos P.T., Career Coach, emphasized the role of education and planning. Mr. Shaik Shamim Saheb, Principal of Ideal Indian School, presided over the event and delivered a visionary address on academic excellence. The career pathways explored included Civil Services, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Healthcare, Overseas Education, and Artificial Intelligence.

The program opened with a welcome address by alumnus Mr. Giri Sankar, followed by reflections from Mr. Robin Abraham Varghese on his career journey, and concluded with a vote of thanks by alumnus Mr. Muhammed Sahal. Feedback from participants described the initiative as enriching and insightful, with recommendations for shorter sessions, panel discussions, and interactive mentoring in future editions. Career Compass 2025 proved to be a remarkable initiative, strengthening the alumni-school bond and empowering students to navigate their future with clarity.
