Report on Children’s Day Celebration:
Children’s Day was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm in KG section on 13th November to mark the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. The students of KG I and KG II boys were dressed up as Chacha Nehru, while the girls looked beautiful in their colourful dresses, each holding a red rose as a symbol of love and happiness.
The celebration began with a special speech by our beloved Headmistress Mrs Shirley De Sales, highlighting Pandit Nehru’s love and affection for children. This was followed by a speech presented by the students, expressing their admiration for Chacha Nehru. The teachers then performed a delightful song and dance, filling the atmosphere with excitement and cheer.
A colouring worksheet for activity was given to KG l and KG II students to express their creativity and joy. Chocolate bars and gifts were distributed to all at the end of the celebration.
Indeed it was a memorable day, filled with laughter and happiness.
