On 4th April, the Junior Section of Ideal Indian School proudly hosted a special recognition ceremony to honor two groups of exceptional students — the recipients of the Mentor Badge for the current academic year and those who achieved 100% attendance during the 2024–2025 academic year.
The program commenced with a prayer led by Fathima Haiza of Class 4G, followed by a warm welcome address delivered by the host of the day, Ms. T.R. Aryalakshmi. The Mentor Badges were awarded to selected students who had demonstrated exemplary leadership qualities, consistently offered support to their peers, and actively participated in various mentorship activities. These students were called on stage class-wise, and the badges were presented by the Headmaster and the Section Coordinator amidst applause and cheers from their classmates.
Next, the ceremony recognized students who had maintained 100% attendance throughout the academic year. Their dedication and commitment to punctuality were lauded. Certificates of achievement and medals were handed out by the Headmaster and the Section Coordinator, acknowledging the students’ discipline and perseverance.
The Headmaster of the Junior Section, Mr. Sajid Shamim, addressed the audience and emphasized the importance of leadership, responsibility, and consistency in students’ lives. He highlighted how peer mentorship fosters confidence, teamwork, and a culture of mutual support. He also commended the 100% attendance awardees for their unwavering dedication to their academic responsibilities.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks from Ms. T.R. Aryalakshmi, followed by group photos capturing the joyous and memorable moments of the day.
