A Day for My Mother
Today is my best day ever I had in my life. It was May 21st, Wednesday- my Mother’s Birthday! my father and I had planned a big surprise for her. We went to the mall and bought many things like candles, cake, chocolates, and more to make her day very special. But we were bit confused about what gift to get her.
In search of the perfect gift we visited many shops. I saw lots of things like dolls, decorations, and more, but nothing felt right. Then suddenly I got an idea. Yeah! I told my dad we went to a different area of the mall. I saw someone special in there. My eyes went around in search of something I saw someone special over there.
Wow! look at that dad! I shouted, my eyes lighting up. We bought it home. My mother was just arrivedfrom her work.Suddenly she switched on the light, we surprised her by telling “Happy birthday, Mummy!”.
My mother was tired after her work but she was very happy to see all the decorations and we gave her our special gift that was a cute puppy! We named him Chip. My mom was overwhelmed with joy. her eyes were filled with happy tears. She hugged us all.
