GK QUIZ
An Inter-House General Knowledge Quiz for classes II to IV was conducted on Tuesday
10th May 2022 to encourage students to gain general knowledge, apart from subject
knowledge. Various thought-provoking questions were asked. There were Audio and
visual rounds which further made the Quiz more interesting. Thus, the quiz enhanced the
general knowledge of the students and generated their interest in current affairs too. It
was a very informative and knowledge-enriching competition for the participants.
Certificates were given to the winners.
MENTOR BADGE DISTRIBUTION
Mentor’s badge distribution for Junior Section was held on Thursday,31 st May.Eighty
students from class 3 and 4 were selected as mentors based on their behaviour, punctuality,
academic performance and leadership quality.
The programme started with the prayer by Ayesha from class IV F. The Welcome speech
was given by Ms.Sabeeha Yasin. Principal, Mr.Syed Shoukath Ali honoured the students
with badges and also congratulated the students and motivated them to carry on their
responsibilities to help their group mates to excel in academic and co-curricular activities.
WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY
World Environment Day was celebrated on Sunday, 5 th June 2022 in the Junior Section.
Students delivered a speech on the World Environment Day spreading awareness among
students about environmental conservation and the value of nature in our lives.The
programme started with a the prayer by Zara Fathima from class IV J and Welcome Speech
was given by Ms.Tanu Madhvi.
A song was also presented by Mr. Charles and students on saving the Earth.
Principal ,Mr. Shaik Shamim Saheb spoke on how children can contribute towards a
greener planet. Vice Principal, Mr. Azam Khan spoke on the importance of saving our
planet and the ecosystem.
Drawing and colouring activities were conducted and all the students actively participated.

STAR OF IDEAL AWARD
‘Star of Ideal’ award was given to the students in Junior section on Tuesday,7 th June 2022.
‘Star of Ideal’ has been introduced to promote positive behaviour among students. The
programme started with the prayer by Bathul from class IV I and Ms.Sujitha welcomed the
gathering. ‘Star of Ideal’ is awarded to the best student of each class based on their
punctuality, uniform, attitude, co-operation and hygiene. Principal Mr. Shaik Shamim
Saheb honoured the students with medal and certificates. He encouraged the students to be
punctual,well behaved and honest .
Scrabble Competition
An Inter-House Scrabble Competition was organized on Thursday, 9 th June 2022 for grade
3 and 4. This competition helps students to improve their spelling and increase their
vocabulary. Certificates were given to the winners.
