A cook is an Artist who creates eatable pieces of Art
Ever since I was young, I have always had a passion for cooking. It was my mother who inspired me initially to cook, and the realization and confidence that I can cook well came with the appreciation I got from other family members who always eagerly waited for my food to be served on the table. Slowly from my dining table, I took my passion to a larger audience taking part in cooking competitions and food fests. Last year, I won more than 10 titles conducted by different organizations in Qatar.
From meeting different chefs from various parts of the world to learning new techniques in cooking, the whole experience enabled me to polish my skills in the art of cooking and helped me to evolve as a better version of me from a simple home maker to a renowned title winner in the field of cooking.
In my journey, my family has always been of great support to me, especially my two young boys Rashdaan (5 th grade ) and Rayhaan (KG1 )who always help me with their tiny fingers, whatever contribution they can deliver, to bring life to my dishes. As a proverb goes, “Laughter is brightest people by serving food and sharing my experiences of balancing flavors in the place where food is”, – it’s an art form I pride myself in being good at. I connect and taste.
