WORLD OZONE DAY CELEBRATION
The Eco Club of Ideal Indian School, Girls‟ Section, organized a series of
activities on World Ozone Day 2025 with the theme “From Science to Global
Action: Ozone for Life”. The aim of the program was to create awareness
among students about the importance of the ozone layer, its protection, and
sustainable environmental practices.
The Eco Club had carefully planned a series of engaging activities that not only
promoted environmental awareness but also encouraged students to think
creatively and develop innovative solutions to environmental challenges. One of
the highlights of the event was the class-specific activities that were designed to
promote awareness among students about the importance of the ozone layer, the
threats it faces, and the need for collective global action to protect it.

environmental care, ozone protection, and the well-being of our planet. Theevent was a colourful display of talent, teamwork, creativity and eco-
consciousness.
Students of Classes 9 actively engaged in the ozone day awareness campaign by
presenting PowerPoint slides on the theme “From Science to Global Action:
Ozone for Life.” The presentations showcased the scientific background of
ozone depletion, its impact on life, and global measures for protection. It was an
informative and eye-opening session for all participants. The session was highly
informative and inspired students to act responsibly.
An Ozone Wall was set up where students from all grades shared their thoughts,
