National Education Day 

On Tuesday, November 11, 2025, Ideal Indian School celebrated
National Education Day with great enthusiasm and spirit. The day is
observed every year to commemorate the birth anniversary of Maulana
Abul Kalam Azad, the first Education Minister of independent India. He
was a visionary leader, scholar, and freedom fighter who believed that
education is the foundation of national progress. The celebration
highlighted his valuable contributions and aimed to spread the message
of the importance of education among students.

The celebration at Ideal Indian School was held vibrantly, spreading an
important message about the value of education. A special assembly was
organized for Grade 3 students, marking the occasion with enthusiasm
and learning. Aisha P from Class 4-J delivered a wonderful speech
highlighting the importance of National Education Day.

A group of students from Classes 2, 3, and 4 dressed up as famous
educators of India and performed on stage, making the program
inspiring and informative. Alfi Firoz of Class 4-A dressed up as
Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, Safana of 4-F portrayed Savitribai Phule,
Rayan Anvar of 2-C came as Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, Aysha
Sheza of 2-H dressed up as Dr. Sarojini Naidu, Adit of 4-C represented
Rabindranath Tagore, Rahel of 3-H came as Dr. Annie Besant, Humaid
of 3-E portrayed Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, Aira Fatima of 4-G dressed up
as Vijayalakshmi Pandit, Allen Santo of 4-E appeared as Dr. B.R.
Ambedkar, and last but not least, Devna Nair of 2-C beautifully
represented Dr. M.S. Subbulakshmi. The performance helped students of
Grade 3 learn about ten great educators who shaped the nation through
their knowledge and dedication.

Our Headmaster, Mr. Sajid Shamim, addressed the gathering with
motivating words. He appreciated the efforts of all the students who
participated and emphasized the importance of education in building a
bright future.
Following the assembly, various classroom activities were conducted:

  • Class 4 students made beautiful posters of famous Indian educators
    and wrote simple sentences about their contributions.
  • Class 3 students created an Education Tree by writing inspiring and
    educational words on paper leaves.
  • Class 2 students enjoyed a word search activity related to education
    and learning.
  • Class 1 students took part in a coloring activity, which encouraged
    their creativity and love for learning.
    Overall, the National Education Day celebration was informative,
    enjoyable, and inspiring. It successfully reminded everyone that
    education is the foundation of a strong and progressive society.
